After you have selected a date from the dates that are shown as available on my calendar, please use the link below to contact me by email to secure the date. You may request a half day (morning or afternoon) or a full day for your case. I conduct virtual mediations using Zoom but I will conduct in person mediations in Toronto on request. After the date is secured a confirmation letter will be sent to counsel for each party. The form of Mediation Agreement that all mediation participants must sign prior to the commencement of the mediation will be attached to the confirmation letter.
